The perfect outfit doesn’t have to be a hassle to find. Wednesday Wear is our biweekly segment featuring popular clothing trends and fashion pieces curated by our staff, so you can find statement pieces that you like without going far.

Our first piece is the FINESSE* “FAS” WATERPROOF JACKET by finessementality. The large hooded jacket has a signature fur lining across it with the “FAS” branding on the cuffs as well as “Finesse” on the breast.
This jacket is just what you need for the coming colder weather. It makes you super prepared to carry anything, with its four zipper pockets on the outside as well as internal pockets. With a somewhat baggy fit and a crimped hood and waist, this jacket can keep you warm and stylish for any colder trips over the break.
The logo is as prominent on this jacket as anything else. It includes one of the right or left breasts as well as one of the coolest parts of the jacket: the sleeve. It is clear and in the logo shape, perfectly positioned on the arm to complement any wrist accessories.
In addition, we have the CREATIVE DEPT DENIM WORK JACKET by drmersclub. It highlights a navy, light blue, or washed black denim look as well as silver hardware in the zipper and the buttons in the back. This jacket highlights a cropped, but loose look and could pair with really anything you can think of. It is made entirely out of denim and includes two pockets and printed words on the front and the shoulder. The words represent the mission statement of this clothing series, to highlight the creative works and effort behind making these kinds of clothes. It is a great buy for the colder weather and a definite purchase for Black Friday.
Next, we have the “Moss” Zip-up by Hollows. This piece is one of the best zip-ups we’ve seen in a while. It comes with two colors: a blue and a “moss” color. It is a flannel pattern zip-up and silver hardware done the zipper. The shape is a bit more fitted and complements a taller body, but is still a great piece for any person. The zip-up also includes a felt-like finish on the inside with pockets, giving it a good warmth factor for the winter coming. In addition, the hood has a nice thermal-like fabric. The outside fabric of the zip-up is reminiscent of the sturdiness of a canvas bag. It also includes an embroidered design of the “hollows” brand. This zip-up is a great way to include the more natural looks that look great in the winter and fall time, and is on sale currently for only $70.
It features a large embroidered “No Fear” design on the front with a bunch of stars and fringed seam line around the zipper.
Speaking of the zipper, the hardware is all silver throughout all of the alterations of this zip-up. It includes a baggy workwear shape and a cropped bottom, but if the design isn’t doing it for you, this same zip-up shape comes with 23 different styles to choose from. All of them have different colors and styles, but the one Ewan is wearing is the only one with the “No Fear” design. Also, the pants Ewan is wearing are also from Hollister.
